- Drink 8+ glasses of water
- Exercise as much as possible
- Stop drinking pop
I haven’t been on here lately, but I’m going to try and get one at least three to four times a week. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get on here everyday.
I really need to step up to working out. I’m going to the beach with my boyfriend and his family in May, and I want to lose as much weight as I can before then. So this is going to be my inspiration to get into losing weight again.
